East Texas Regional Collegiate Student Conf. (Septemer 9, 2005)
BHIM has developed a six-hour apologetic seminar to prepare college students to share Christ with their peers. Understanding others’ questions about Christianity and answering those questions with gentleness and respect is emphasized.

To evaluate the seminar these students took a pretest and posttest. They answered 10 questions on a 10-point scale, with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. The results of the pretests and posttests are compared above to measure the students’ increase or decrease in their confidence about sharing Christ. The questions, average pretest and posttest scores, and variance are given below. The scores have been converted to a 100-point scale. Student confidence increased in every area, averaging an 17.1 % increase.
